Responsibilities

- Oversee daily financial operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide support in managing digital assets and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in the preparation and review of private equity fund accounting reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies in financial data.
- Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of performance reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
- Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations.
Qualifications

- MBA (Finance) CA Inter MCom
- Possess a strong understanding of digital asset management principles.
- Demonstrate expertise in private equity fund accounting.
- Having experience in performance reporting and hedge fund accounting is a plus.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Show proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
